This place is an absolute lifesaver. My sister and I both used it to renew our British passports once before and this will be the second time . Both times went absolutely seamlessly and I just cannot say enough good things about Passportphotosnow.com. If you have a British passport then you know how difficult it is to get anywhere to do a photo . All the places that used to do them stopped due to the fussiness of the UK gov. Without Bruce and his team I don’t know what we would have done. My husband took a picture of me with his phone and then these guys did the hard work making sure it conformed to the UK requirements. Do not hesitate to trust these people and this site – they get the job done efficiently and really fast. Many, many thanks, to Bruce and all your team. ( One bit of advice – save the name of the site in a safe place! When it came time to renew I could not find my original info but luckily my sister still had it!)

Quick responses for a few issues I had with the original pictures sent. Very professional manner. Received quality photos. If you are in a hurry, select express shipping, can’t rely on post office to deliver in a normal timeframe nowadays (not passportphotonow’s fault)

First, I can’t remember the last product review I wrote; it takes a lot to get me to do one but I am making sure that this testimonial gets done right away because the passport service provided by Bruce Hallstrom and Passport Photo Now has been an absolute life-saver for me and my wife. The UK Passport Office’s requirements for a passport photo are so demanding that we faced the threat of sending photos to England with our application package just to have them denied and all monies paid to them CONFISCATED. After a scary experience and wasted weeks with Walgreens who said they knew what they were doing but gave us photos that were rejected by HM Passport Office we searched online and were saved by Bruce & Co. Thank God! In no time at all he spun his magic and our photos were approved and accepted! All for what I consider to be a nominal cost! I don’t know what we would have done without his services and we will be eternally grateful. Thank You!

Bruce you are a life saver…….. I need a new UK passport before Brexit goes through. Going to working in Europe this year. Everything has changed getting passports and photos. Thank goodness for Bruce. He was very patience when we got the photo wrong the first time. explained what we need to do. 2nd time was a charm. Thanks again Bruce. This is a great service for passport photographs that are a different size from the standard US passport photo. Be sure to attach ACTUAL SIZE photographs to your email when you send them in or they will be rejected as too small.

Unfortunately, applying for a new British passport from the USA has its own unique set of problems beginning with the photos we must supply to HM Passport Office that must be of a very specific size in mm (whereas every single passport photo machine in this country is calibrated in inches!) So what do I do now? I searched online for a solution and found passportphotonow.com, contacted them (Bruce) and found out that if I could supply a good enough JPEG they could convert that into a quality passport photo to satisfy the exacting measurements required. I have a Sony Alpha 5100 with assorted lenses, not the best quality camera on the market for a good portrait but one that should be able to produce what was needed. Dusted off the old SLIK tripod and set up a mini studio, took what I thought were some good enough shots and sent the best one off to PASSPORTPHOTONOW. Bruce tried to make it work but I had relied too much on the telephoto and the result was a distorted face so next I changed lenses, took a few more shots and a day later sent a variety off to Bruce. I’m happy to report he was able to use one of these and produced the desired passport photos. I have a machinists rule (shows mm as well as inches) and applied it to the photos and everything was exactly to spec. Obviously this guy knows what he’s doing, let’s just hope HM’s Passport Office finds them as acceptable as I do. Thank you Bruce, you were helpful and easy to work with, price was a bargain, too.

I’ve used this service twice now, and am very, very happy. I get email feedback quickly about the pictures I submit and then within a few days I receive my pictures in the mail I live in Rochester, New York and it is very difficult to find someone to take pictures that fit the requirements for a British Passport photo. This site has been very easy to use and perfectly fit my needs. I am glad I found it!

I have used this service twice now, for passport photos for two different countries. They provide excellent service with fast follow up if there is a problem with the image and a quick turnaround.
