Hard copy photos will not work to make new photos, as a scan or Photo of a photo is not of good enough quality for any Government photos. But you can have CVS take the photo and then put the original digital file out of the camera on a thumb drive or CD and then place an order through our website. Any old or new hand held digital camera with a built in flash would work better the any cell phone including iPhone's. But if you do not have a camera or able to barrow one please use your iPhone and make sure your flash goes off at full power. I would say that 97% of all phone cameras including the Galaxy 5 can not make a good enough quality photo to pass for a passport photo requirerments.
